Where we ship

We ship to the United States destinations available at checkout. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available shipping methods, charges, and delivery estimates before placing your order.

Order processing and tracking

We begin preparing orders after payment is confirmed. Delivery estimates shown at checkout include the carrier's estimate and are not a guaranteed arrival date. If tracking is available for your shipment, we will send it to the email address on your order.

If we cannot ship an order within the time shown at checkout, or within 30 days when no shipping time was stated, we will contact you with the revised timing and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you need to correct it, email support@mcmiko.shop as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has shipped.
